At Champions Ki Pathshala, admissions are processed after counselling, seat confirmation, batch allocation, and academic planning. Parents and students are requested to carefully understand the course, fee structure, batch timing, installment plan, and refund terms before taking admission.
- Registration fees, admission fees, and administrative charges are non-refundable.
- Course fees, tuition fees, and installment payments once paid shall generally not be refundable unless specifically approved by the management under exceptional circumstances.
- Any refund request, if applicable, must be submitted in writing with a valid reason and supporting details. Approval of refund shall be at the sole discretion of the institute management.
- Refunds, if approved, may be subject to deductions towards registration, admission processing, classes attended, study material, taxes, payment gateway charges, and administrative expenses.
- No refund shall be applicable for absence from classes, change of mind, discontinuation by student, non-attendance, or inability to attend due to personal reasons.
By making payment, the student and parent confirm that they have understood and accepted the fee structure and refund policy.
